1) What has to be the same in order for two parallelograms to be similar?
They need to have the same scale facter and the same side leagths and you can looks at the angles.
2) Describe a way to find a missing side length in a pair of similar figures.
To find the missing side leaghts you can use ratios like corrisponding and ajacsent.you can find the scael facter and divide by the side leaghts they give you.
3) I have a small isosceles triangle with a base of 3 inches and other sides are 4 inches.I want to create a similar isosceles triangle with a base of 7.5 inches.What should the other side lengths be and why?
The missing side leaghts is 6.25 i found my awnser by 7.5/3=2.5 and than i did 2.5*4+6.25

Sandy - you found the right scale factor of 2.5, but then you by accident added it to 4 intead of multiplying. 8/9 - pretty good!
